This directory contains all public data concerning the article: BLAST: Correlations in the Cosmic Far-Infrared Background at 250, 350, and 500 microns Reveal Clustering of Star-Forming Galaxies, published in the Astrophysical Journal, which can also be found at: http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2009arXiv0904.1200V MAPS ---- There are 4 sets of maps in each band. These sub-maps are made from unique data, and therefore share the same signal but have unique noise properties. Therefore, in the cross correlations of sub-maps, noise should not be correlated. 1/f noise is high-pass filtered at 0.2 hz. These large scales can b recovered though the use of the Transfer Function, which is also included. The maps are as follows: GOODS_wide_NCMR_XPS_*_*_flux.fits : Flux maps in Volts GOODS_wide_NCMR_XPS_*_*_noise.fits : Noise maps in Volts GOODS_wide_NCMR_XPS_*_*_hits.fits : Hits maps, inversely proportional to sqrt(Noise). Flux maps with sources above 500, 400 and 300 mJy removed: GOODS_wide_NCMR_XPS_*_*_flux_subsource_cut_*mJy.fits : In MJy/sr To convert from Volts to MJy/sr apply the following calibration values: calibration_250 = 2.73e6 calibration_350 = 2.86e6 calibration_500 = 1.16e6
